St. Paul University Philippines to Adopt OpenLearning’s AI-Powered Learning Management System at its Flagship Campus

Manila, Philippines, 29^th May 2025: OpenLearning (ASX: OLL) the AI powered learning management system (LMS) is pleased to announce that St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP), a leading private university in the catholic university network in the Philippines will utilise OpenLearning for their flagship campus in Tuguegarao with at least 10,000 students from July 2025.

St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) was founded in 1907 and became the first institution to receive university status in the Cagayan Valley region in 1982. Located Tuguegarao City, SPUP is a member of the Paulinian Institutions with locations in Manila, Ilocos Sur, Surigao, Dumaguete, Quezon City and Iloilo.
