About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and community-focused Product Marketing & Content Specialist to elevate our brand voice, grow our online presence, and deepen engagement with our global audience. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content strategy, social media, and community building — and who’s passionate about the intersection of education, technology, and impact.
You’ll also play a key role in product marketing — translating product capabilities into meaningful narratives, use cases, and customer wins.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Write and edit high-quality content including blog articles, social posts, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, product stories, and webinar materials
- Plan, produce, and promote webinars in collaboration with internal experts and external guests to drive thought leadership, lead generation, and community engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, customer success) to create content that educates, engages, and converts
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across channels
- Optimise content for SEO and performance metrics
Product Marketing
- Collaborate with the product team to understand upcoming features and translate them into clear messaging, use cases, and benefits for target audiences
- Create product-focused content such as feature announcements, use case guides, customer stories, and product explainer videos
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature launches and enhancements
- Collect and share customer insights, market trends, and competitor messaging to help refine positioning and content strategy
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop product enablement materials (FAQs, one-pagers, email sequences)
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture our online community of educators, instructional designers, learners, and partners across social platforms, forums, and user groups
- Launch and moderate online discussions, webinars, and community-driven events
- Identify and collaborate with brand advocates, influencers, and partners to amplify reach and authenticity
- Track community health and report on engagement metrics and insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or community building in a B2B SaaS or edtech environment
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (portfolio or writing samples required)
- Experience translating technical concepts into customer-friendly language
- Familiarity with go-to-market planning and working cross-functionally with product teams
- Confident using digital tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Figma, or similar
- Proactive communicator with strong project management skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and community growth tactics

- Experience marketing to education institutions, corporate L&D teams, or training providers
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or community insights
- Confidence in hosting or moderating webinars and live sessions
